Similarly to the automated PDU process for events & webinars, allow for the automated allocation of PDUs to the volunteers' account after completing the volunteer opportunity (and endorsement by the responsible board member/recruiter).

It looks like the Thoughtspot reports show incomplete information concerning the volunteers, also it would be helpful if one could pull a report to show all volunteers that actively contributed during a given time period.

Currently, the extended offer, decline application, and contact applicant letters are canned messaging from PMI. The chapter should be allowed to modify the messaging template to be more suitable to the chapter.

As a recruiter, it would be beneficial to add a search filter based on the status of the opportunity (Posted, Fulfilled, etc.) In the "Chapter opportunities" section - that would help the Search function.
