To automate the onboarding process of volunteers on VEP

The idea is about the automatization of the volunteer onboarding procedure on VEP.

Indeed, each time we recruit a volunteer for a position at PMI Cameroon Chapter, after they accept the offer via VEP, they need to fill & sign a few documents such as:

- Confidentiality and Records Compliance Agreement

- Conflict of Interest Questionnaire

Right now, we are doing it manually via our official email address. And most of the time, the selected volunteers do not send us back on time the documents and we need to contact them inbox via WhatsApp to remind them about those documents.

I think it will be very helpful and efficient to look for a way to make that onboarding process (official documents to fill & sign) more automated and easier on us.
