It would be nice to have an Advanced Search filter option, to filter by any field within volunteer positions, including:
Estimated time commitment
Volunteer job category
PDUs
Opportunity create/update/close dates
&c
This is an interesting idea! It is difficult for us to filter by estimated time commitment at the moment because the field is not a structured data field but an open text box. In the future this will change and we can add in this filter. What would be the best time ranges to include for this? For example -
0-5 hours per month
5-10 hours per month
10-20 hours per month
0-5 hours per week
5-10 hours per week
10-20 hours per week
Volunteer job category would be an easy filter to add.
Since PDUs are all self-reported from VEP and are based on the # of hours spent volunteering in the role, this filter would be redundant with the estimated time commitment filter.
We could add filters on the application open dates and application deadlines - that's an interesting idea!
What does &c mean? Can you please be more precise?
