In the "Find Volunteer" function force those interested in volunteering to reselect the status

When using the "Find Volunteer" function, I am seeing many with a volunteer interest status as Open to Volunteering that I know for a fact are not interested or available. Can we add a forcing function to have the members reselect their status after a certain amount of time? Also add a timestamp of when the member selected the "Open for Volunteering". For example, member has "Open for Volunteering" but has not volunteered for a role in over a year, have the system send a reminder to have the member update their volunteer interest status. Then after a set time period automatically reset the status. This would help prioritize contacting prospective volunteers.
