Enable Recruiter field in Chapter Opportunities Opportunity Search

At the moment, someone cannot maintain the recruiter field as search criteria in the Opportunity Search. (I am using Edge)

    We have implemented a filter by the Recruiter name in the Recruiter Dashboard, which I believe solves this problem.
