Global Volunteer Opportunity Search should populate by Chapters located in the state selected and not reflect the full global list of chapters

when searching for Volunteer openings it has me select United States, and then the State of Wisconsin - but then the Chapter/PMI Global List does not update to only show chapters in the state of Wisconsin
