When someone applies for a position posted for my chapter, I get the option to "View Profile" when I click on that it takes me to information about them.
Could we add additional insights about candidates? Specifically, could I see how many other roles they currently have that they've applied for? Could I see any notes from other chapters who they applied for (example: attempted to setup an interview 3 times and candidate was non-responsive OR applied for ___ role, declined due to no experience with ___, recommended candidate apply for ___ types of roles to gain experience).
You may be able to gain insights into volunteers by adding carefully chosen screening questions into the application process. We have found this useful as a Chapter. The trick is to ask the right questions.
This is a great suggestion; however, PMI is cautious about allowing Recruiters & Supervisors to submit subjective feedback on volunteers. We will explore other ways we can share stats about applicants (for example, number of applications submitted).
