Add a further template for the Contact Applicant option in recruiting process (area applications)

In pressing "Contact Applicant" we should be able to choose a template, which says to the applicant, that we will contact him/her soon.


Furthermore, we should have the possibility to choose a version in our language (in my mother language, it is German).

    @Tim Douglas this is another template we can add to the Contact Applicant field - we can call it "Contact Soon" or something similar.

    We will be having all the email templates translated to many different languages (German included) and include a dropdown to select the language. Exploring how we can make a default language selection, too.
