Add Country and Region to Areas of Interest criteria for finding opportunities

If I activate the email notification in the Areas of Interest section of my profile below Volunteering, I receive several email notifications when new opportunities are posted that match your selected interests, but from countries, where I never would live in. To avoid this spamming with useless suggestions, we should add at least a Region or Country criteria - or a chapter one.
