A dashboard for the recruiters with the pending applications all in a single view, sorted by date and not divided by opportunity, would really help, so we can prioritize our tasks. The 90-day application time limit has surely been built with the good intention of keeping the candidates and the tool always up-to-date but it added some workload for the recruiting team.
