Make this easy as in...in the emails sent out to share VEP volunteer opportunities with them. Also, when logging in, it should be very easy to find, and modify, preferences from past opportunity searches, agents, alerts.

Similarly to the automated PDU process for events & webinars, allow for the automated allocation of PDUs to the volunteers' account after completing the volunteer opportunity (and endorsement by the responsible board member/recruiter).

It looks like the Thoughtspot reports show incomplete information concerning the volunteers, also it would be helpful if one could pull a report to show all volunteers that actively contributed during a given time period.

In some cases, we as German volunteers get also opportunities suggested which were written in chinese. It would helpful if we can add language as Area of Interest criteria.
